This is clearly fictional – anyone knows that a “paper” “writing” about royalty without clothes on wouldn´t dream of writing about anything serious.
If only that was true – the distinction between newspaper and tabloid is fading quickly these days

The “naked under their clothes” bit was done by Sam The Eagle on The Muppet Show” years ago. Good comedy material never gets old.
There is also evidence that Aum Shinrikyo, the doomsday cult most notorious for their 1995 poison gas attack on the Tokyo subways, exploded a nuclear device on property they owned in the Outback of Australia. This was several years before the gas attack.
